1. Our guarantee

Paid SMSocial Pro and Business licences purchased directly from smsocial.uk are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the initial purchase.

If SMSocial is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund during that period. You do not need to prove that the software is defective simply to use this guarantee.

2. You can properly evaluate the product

You are free to download, install, activate and use the software during the 14-day guarantee period so that you can decide whether SMSocial meets your needs.

Downloading the plugin, receiving the licence or activating it on your website does not cancel or reduce this voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@smsocial.uk within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase and include:

• the name and email address used for the purchase;
• the order or PayPal transaction reference, if available;
• the SMSocial plan/licence involved.

A short reason is helpful for improving SMSocial, but it is not required for a qualifying request under this guarantee.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Refund processing

For a valid request made within the 14-day guarantee period, we will issue the full refund without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the request.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

When a licence is refunded, the corresponding commercial licence may be deactivated and access to paid updates and commercial support for that licence will end.

5. Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or purchased the wrong SMSocial plan, contact us promptly. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected and refunded where appropriate.

6. Renewals and purchases after the initial order

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial qualifying purchase of SMSocial Pro or Business. Refund rights for renewals or other later transactions are handled according to the terms shown for that transaction and any rights that apply under applicable law.
