App ownership stays with the customer.

Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts remain in the customer's name. Their developer-account fees and any other third-party store charges are paid directly to Apple or Google. An active matching SMSocial Pro or Business licence is required separately. Store approval is controlled by Apple and Google.

Simple economics

No percentage fees. Your community remains yours.

SMSocial does not add a percentage fee to memberships, marketplace sales, event revenue or other community income. Your WordPress site, users, data and business stay under your control. Standard fees from your chosen payment provider may still apply.

Is SMSocial production ready?

Yes. SMSocial 0.17.0 is the first stable production release. Use normal WordPress best practice: keep backups, test major updates on staging, and choose the plan that matches your deployment.

Are features charged per member?

No. SMSocial pricing is based on the licence plan and number of websites, not the number of people in your community.

Does the Native App price replace Pro or Business?

No. Native App is an optional add-on. The matching active SMSocial Pro or Business software licence remains required.

What does App Care cover?

App Care keeps the Native App entitlement active and covers standard SMSocial app compatibility, platform updates and supported native-app improvements. Bespoke client-only native development is quoted separately.
